Located at 2326 E. Cesar Chavez, E.A.T. currently has six food carts serving "innovative and upscale trailer cuisine." These are: Beso de Luna, which serves al pastor and pollo de lingua tacos, tamales, aguas frescas and Mexican coffee; Upscale Slider Guys, with little burgers (perhaps made from little cows, roped by little cowboys, but probably not); the Tex-Mex Man, offering up Mexican burgers and hot dogs; Sesa Tea Cart, a local tea manufacturer that's been around for a few years and will serve hot and cold teas and smoothies out of a trolley; A Little Dippy Doughnut Company (mini doughnuts with a variety of icings), which will be closing soon for the summer; and TREAT, formerly located at South First, serving s'mores, shaved ice, and other delightful desserts.
Josh Frank, the owner of TREAT, is the organizing force behind the new food court...The space has plenty of seating, free wi-fi, and will occasionally host film screenings and live music events.
